Náš aprtmán sa nachádza v novovybudovanej štvrti downtown, pri nákupnom centre Nivy. Vstup do budovy je z námestia, kde nájdete reštaurácie, bary so živou hudbou, obchodíky a príjemné posednie na Dulovom námestí. Do historického centra je to peši 5 minút. Tak isto aj k nábrežiu Dunaja. Ak potrebujete čokoľvek kúpiť, alebo sa zabaviť, nákupné centrum Nivy je vzdialené 2 minúty pešo. Ak cestujete, je tam hlavná autobusová stanica.

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood and a nice new building. The underground parking is a huge plus if you're traveling by car. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The windows overlook a beautiful courtyard, making it very quiet and undisturbed. This is a good option to stay in Bratislava.

I stayed at Vlado’s place for one week over Christmas. The apartment is very nice, clean, and well located. Many places—such as the Old Town, Bratislava Castle, and the Nivy shopping mall—are within walking distance. Vlado is a great host, very kind and always available. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bratislava.

Sehr gute Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Basic Ausstattung in der Küche, die für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend ist. Es war sehr ruhig. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
