New 3-room spacious apartment with a panoramic view of the city from the 30th floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table where you can also work while looking at the city. Large Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube ... Fast free wifi. The apartment is located between the Eurovea shopping centers, on the banks of the Danube, and the Niva, where the main bus station is. You can reach everywhere within 10 minutes on foot. The city's historical center is a 10-15 minute walk along the Danube embankment.

Beautiful Danube riverbank with many people, coffee bars, restaurants, shops, and fitness. You can take a morning run on the bank. Or meet your friends for a beer in the evening. Historical city center, cultural center, sports, and shopping venues are all within reach by foot in a few minutes. Excellent access by car/taxi/bus.

Guest Access

You will receive all instructions the day before your arrival. At the reception, you will ask for an envelope with access chips. The red one is for the entrance to the parking lot, and the blue one is for the entrance to the building. You will receive the PIN code for unlocking the apartment in a message. It is intended only for you and is valid only during your stay from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. The reception works 24/7, so you can come whenever you need.

I was delighted with this large flat on the 30th floor of a new block not far from the centre of Bratislava. Vlado’s instructions were very clear and the apartment was beautifully presented. The views are incredible and everything in the flat is nice, new and clean. This was definitely a highlight of my trip!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment on the 30th floor. The view was absolutely stunning and made the space feel extra special. The apartment itself was very clean, which made it really comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and any questions super smooth. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

Bardzo fajny apartament z super widokiem szczególnie w nocy z balkonu i okien. Bardzo blisko centrum i bulwarów. Super lokalizacja. Trochę zjeździłem i nie jeden apartament widziałem. Naprawdę wart tej ceny. Ładnie urządzony wygodne spania, super widoki.
